![]() ![]() Katrina Farmer was introduced to the American Red Cross more than 30 years ago when she took a Red Cross lifeguard certification class. He currently resides in the Dallas-Fort Worth multiplex. Wes received his Bachelor’s Degree from Texas State University and his Master’s Degree from Walden University. ![]() He is a strong operational leader, with knowledge and experience in change management, project management, construction, logistics, and human capital development. He has spent the last 20 years working in non-profit organizations, including the YMCA and Uplift Education. Wes was born and raised in Round Rock, Texas, and is no stranger to public service - both in his private life and in his work. His work enables the mission of the Red Cross to be carried out across the Region’s 121 counties both efficiently and effectively, and allows Red Cross staff and volunteers to focus on the work at hand, not worrying about the details of supply chains and deliveries. In his role, Wes provides operational leadership and logistical support to ensure that vital resources are available for staff and volunteers at all critical junctures. Wes Seaton joined the North Texas Region of the American Red Cross as Regional Chief Operating Officer in February 2020. Linda is a committed volunteer and servant leader, serving as a court-appointed special advocate for Dallas CASA, the chair of the board of directors for Mathematics Learning by Inquiry Inc., the liaison to the board of directors for Metrocrest Services and the Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce. Previously she served as deputy executive director of the Mathematical Association of America in Washington, D.C. First, as dean of the division of mathematics and natural sciences, and later as vice president for academic affairs. Prior to joining Dallas College, Linda served in leadership roles at Tarrant County College Northeast Campus near Fort Worth. Among her responsibilities, Linda served as interim provost while helping Dallas College restructure to meet the needs of students and the community during the COVID-19 pandemic. ![]() Linda served as the president of Dallas College Brookhaven Campus from 2019 to 2023, where she was responsible for leading initiatives which contribute to the vibrancy, growth, and economic stability of Dallas County. Linda Braddy joined the American Red Cross North Texas Region as its CEO in February of 2023. ![]()
